Clinical Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Data collection and the compilation from respective centres on daily basis;
• Connecting and resolving issues of Doctors and Paramedical staffs on day to day basis;
• Training/updating clinical staff and educating accordingly;
• Maintaining UpToDate records of clinical formats of their respective centres through Doctors, Staff nurses and Technicians;
• Clinical research and Data analysis;
• Responsible for optimum utilization of respective Doctors and Nursing Staffs across centres;
• Confirming all consent forms, prescriptions, assessment sheets, Patient dialysis book are properly filled and duly signed at every centre;
• Need to travel their centres as and when needed;
• Follow up all procedures and surgeries going in any centre.
• Ensure Infection Control Practices are being followed at respective centres.
• Get Reporting of any clinical Incidences/ Adverse Reaction/ Sentinel Events of respective centers and doing RCA & CAPA.
• Maintaining record of Emergency Equipment/ Crash Cart & updating them etc.
• Preparing for any Kind of Audit and be present when needed.
• Need to report/update on daily basis to reporting manager.

Education : MBBS / BDS with PGDHA / MHA/DHA
