- Oversee the gold loan operations in the assigned branch or region.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve gold loan sales and recovery targets.
- Manage the appraisal, approval, and disbursement process for gold loans.
- Monitor the performance of gold loan portfolios and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to gold loans.
- Train and mentor gold loan staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
