Regional /Area Credit Manager - Construction Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Pre-sanction visits
• CAM preparation
• Co-ordination with external agencies viz. lawyers, valuers, etc. and internal stakeholders viz. business, legal, Operations, RCU, etc.
• Verification and analysis of customer / project credentials
• Disbursement facilitation

Post sanction monitoring viz. tranche disbursals, processing NOC requests, fund transfer, post-sanction visits, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Account

Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction finance field

• Awareness of the real estate market and trends
• Analytical skills
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Good decision making abilities.
• Ability to structure solutions to the challenges within policy / regulatory framework.
