Position Overview:
As a Manager - Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial guidance, helping clients
achieve their goals and optimize investment portfolios using your expertise in equities, mutual
funds, SIPs, shares, LIC products and other investments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation and Financial Planning:
Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance & current financial status.
Develop customized investment plans aligned with client goals, using equities, mutual
funds, shares and LIC products.
2. Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management:
Advise clients on investment options like equities, mutual funds, SIPs, general
insurance, and LIC products, tailoring strategies to their goals and risk tolerance.
Regularly review and adjust client portfolios based on market conditions, performance,
and risk analysis.
3. Research and Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, economic news and investment products to provide
informed advice and capitalize on market opportunities.
Analyse financial reports, stock market trends, mutual fund performance and other data
to inform investment recommendations.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all financial advice and client transactions comply with regulatory standards and
company policies.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, financial documents and transaction
histories.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular
communication and check-ins.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns
and feedback.
6. Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential clients and develop a client base through networking, referrals and
marketing strategies.
Achieve targets for client acquisition, asset under management (AUM) and revenue
generation through financial products and services.
7. Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and provide insights into
improving advisory strategies.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new financial products, market
changes and regulatory updates.
