Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator.

User Experience:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand identity and guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback.

Optimization:

• Continuously improve the user experience by incorporating feedback and performing iterative testing.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Strong experience with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator for creating graphics and visual elements.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and previous projects.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
