HSE Trainer

Refined qualifications at the RQF Level 3, such as the OTHM Level 3 Technical Certificate in OHS or NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, Bachelor s in OHS, and any other HSE-related qualifications.

ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 14001, and 45001)
Additional qualifications in First Aid-CPR, Fire Safety, Emergency Rescue, Scaffolding Safety, etc., are preferable.

Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi)
Excellent presentation skills
Must have a strong broadband connection
Proficient in preparing files on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Enthusiastic about suggesting and implementing new training ideas
Exhibits respectful and polite behavior, and maintains integrity
Proficient in dealing effectively with students
Able to evaluate assessments and suggest candidate improvements
Flexible to work across India and outside if required
Must have a laptop/computer in full working condition and a broadband connection at home
Proficient in professional email writing
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Professional certifications in occupational health and safety
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Patience to address candidates doubts respectfully and be open-minded towards constructive criticism
Punctuality regarding training, meetings, and session timings
