Role & responsibilities

• Teaching: Teaching the required course module effectively using appropriate teaching methods.
• Should be proficient in applying constructivist, cooperative teaching methods, besides select, develop and use case studies.
• Guidance: Course is assessed based on submission of assignments also. Candidate must be capable in guiding students to write original assignments, based on primary and secondary research
• Research: Ability to supplement the curriculum with current research
• Assessment: Prepare relevant assessment tools and implement them
• Commitment to quality & ethical standards

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of Teaching Experience
• Teaching Experience in International Universities / Courses is desirable
• Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)/CA/ or equivalent in a related field is desirable
• Ph.D. in a relevant field is desirable
