As an Operational Strategic Lead in our Transformation and Change Team, you will work closely with colleagues across the Enterprise to own and deliver a diverse range of strategic projects and initiatives to time, budget and quality, as set out by the Chief Transformation Officer and Group Executive team.
To be successful in this role, you need to display superb written and verbal communication skills conducted in a timely manner for diverse audiences.
This role requires superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Candidates must have demonstrated organization and project documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You must have experience of consultancy, within financial services is a plus.
Additionally, you will need to exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information and display a level of comfort working with key people at all levels within an organization.
