Job Description :
Experience : 2 to 3 years
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that deliver intuitive experiences across devices.
- Collaborate with clients to shape product vision through research, prototyping, and testing.
- Work with agile teams, closely coordinating with developers, copywriters, and UX designers.
- Present and defend design decisions based on best practices, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt designs to meet evolving standards.
- Identify design problems and propose effective solutions.
- All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.).
- Keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industrys standards.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask thoughtful questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
- Two or more years of experience and a proven track record.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Zeplin. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
