International Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Engagement

• Make calls daily with a quality conversation focusing on lead engagement and quality discussions.
• Engage prospects through cold calls, text messaging, emails, and live transfers to initiate interest and generate qualified leads.

Interest Generation & Warm Transfers

• Identify and nurture prospects, ensuring they express interest in further discussions.
• Conduct warm transfers and collect key details for the next sales steps.

Appointment Setting

• For leads not ready for live transfer, schedule appointments via the CRM and collect all necessary details.
• Set up at appointments daily to maintain a robust pipeline.

CRM Management

• Log call notes, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system daily, adhering to company protocols.
• Update lead statuses and manage the sales pipeline with precision.

Follow-Ups & Reporting

• Execute relentless follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
• Prepare and share daily activity reports, including calls made, outcomes achieved, and appointments scheduled.

Script Adherence

• Follow established questionnaires and scripts during prospect calls to ensure a consistent and professional approach.

Requirements

• Experience in International Sales is a must.
• Proven expertise in cold calling with the ability to make outbound calls daily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and nurture international clients effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM management and lead tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to log activities, notes, and appointments accurately.
• Goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering measurable results.
• Adaptability to different time zones and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
