Director - Sales - BPO/ITeS/BPM Sector (10-20 yrs)

The Publishing division specializes on providing end-to-end content services for publishers in Education, ELT, Legal, Trade and STEM domains; manage publishing processes - right from content creation till the delivery of products for distribution to their end customers.

The Retail division specializes on :

1. Site Merchandizing Services including content enrichment, cataloging, taxonomy optimization, seller onboarding, category governance & content for ecommerce and combines an onsite & offshore presence incl. US & Europe locations.

2. Business Insights Products and Services using ecommerce intelligence solutions that allows online & offline retailers, marketplaces & shopping comparison engines, to monitor pricing, availability, shipping costs, promotions and many more business parameters of their site or store vs the defined competition / channels.

Job Objective: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of our ecommerce / Retail / Workforce Management (WFM) services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B International Sales.

Candidate Profile :

1. B2B Sales (Hunter) in Retail vertical - online Retail BPO Services / Solutions.

2. Graduate / MBA (in any stream) with min. 10 years of experience in selling B2B BPO Services & Solutions.

3. Should have experience in making Sales pitches at CXO level.

4. Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills.

5. Proven ability to drive sales results, meet targets, and exceed expectations in a fast paced, competitive environment.

6. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
