Job Role - Senior UX Designer

Job Description:

• Conceptualizes and delivers highly interactive applications while contributing to thought leadership and creating a unifying vision for user experience and product design.
• Participates in requirement-gathering sessions to understand user needs, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations. Contributes to shaping the UX vision, defining the brand strategy, driving innovation, and creating prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with the User-Centered Design (UCD) process.

Job Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, UX Audit and market research to understand user needs and behaviors. Develop personas, user journey maps, and scenario analyses.
• Make product-wide decisions, construct UX frameworks, and help define the vision of the end-to-end user experience.
• Ensure the product meets core requirements while maintaining the highest standards of usability and desirability.
• Present and defend wireframes and designs to peers, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Adopt to design guidelines, best practices and standards followed.
• Guide the programming team on other HCI (Human Computer Interaction) issues.

Essential Skill Set:

Experience: 8+ years of experience designing interactive web and mobile applications, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Design Expertise: Strong understanding of core design principles, including typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, and composition.

Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to present and advocate for design decisions.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centered design solutions.
