Dataflix - UiPath Lead/Architect - RPA Solutions (7-15 yrs)

UiPath Lead with Architect experience who can work independently is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, with a strong focus on hands-on coding and technical expertise.

Responsibilities :

- This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and build scalable, efficient, and secure automation solutions.

- The individual is expected to independently handle the full automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, deployment, and support, ensuring high-quality and maintainable automation workflows.

- Responsibilities include defining RPA architecture, coding reusable components, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting complex issues, and integrating UiPath with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.

- Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub is essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, VB.NET, or Python for scripting and custom automation development.

- The role also requires experience with cloud platforms, AI-based automation, and enterprise system integrations.

- As a hands-on technical expert, the individual must be capable of independently writing efficient code, conducting performance tuning, managing UiPath infrastructure, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and experience in full lifecycle RPA implementations are critical to successfully delivering automation solutions that align with business objectives while working autonomously.
