STAFF, DATA SCIENTIST

Position Summary... Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. • M.Tech with 6+ years of relevant experience in AI time series forecasting and machine learning / artificial intelligence
• Problem solver at heart with experience in Time Series Forecasting, Machine learning and Data Science
• Proficiency with Python/PySpark/BiqQuery etc
• Proficiency with ML libraries sklearn/pytorch/tensorflow etc
• Good knowledge of commonly used design patterns in data science
• Cloud friendliness (GCP/Azure etc) to leverage distributed computing/scalability
• Good communication / influencing / mentoring skills with inclination to high ownership and commitment

Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years experience in an analytics related field.
