Job Description
Process:
- Retrieve the correct medical record of a patient, review validate or assign ICD-10 CM diagnosis codes HEDIS measures by following general coding guidelines, client specifications if any.
- Accurately assign ICD-10 CM codes per patient medical record - concurrent or retrospective.
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures and instructions related to the process in coding.
