Job Description

➡Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in clinical data management.

➡Hands-on experience in data management.

➡Experience in managing strategic initiatives and innovations for team development.

➡Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience managing team size of minimum 6-8 people.

➡Strong analytical skills (excel, presentation skills+)

➡Good communication and mentoring skills.

(Points to be noted: Resource optimization and utilization depending on the Data Management Function. Regularly set goals, evaluate, and document performance. Provide expert review and guidance for the production of Data Management deliverables to internal and external customers. Provide technical advice and solutions to internal and external customers to solve problems and improve efficiency. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology. Ensure that staff are trained and compliant with current operating procedures, work instructions, and project scope of work. Identify and address professional development/training needs of staff. Provide operational input into proposals and scope of work. Understand scope of work, budget, and scope assumptions. Identify out-of-scope work and provide revised costs with supporting documentation. Project oversight for studies and team.)

• Bachelor's Degree Clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field Req • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience in lieu of degree.
