Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Talend & SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Talend while ensuring the seamless management and optimization of SQL databases. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions supporting critical business needs.
Requirements Key Responsibilities :
Talend Development :
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend Data Integration tools.
Build reusable Talend jobs for efficient data transformation, migration, and integration.
Ensure error-handling mechanisms and data integrity in Talend processes.
SQL Development :
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Perform database design and normalization for efficient data management.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as per business requirements.
Data Management :
Integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or target systems.
Implement data cleansing, data mapping, and validation processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring uptime and performance.
Collaboration & Documentation :
Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to understand requirements.
Document ETL processes, data models, and system designs comprehensively.
Provide ongoing support for existing data workflows and make enhancements as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
3+ years of hands-on experience in Talend ETL development.
3+ years of experience with SQL programming, database management, and query optimization.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Talend Studio or Talend Cloud.
Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
