Business Analyst

• Engaging with Data Owners or business SMEs to define business rules and data quality controls
  
• Serving as an internal expert for reports, data definitions, data quality and data lineage
  
• Defining and documenting data quality requirements for Key Data Elements so that data is complete and accurate
  
• Working with IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality delivery
  
• Communicating the importance of managing data as an asset in all aspects of the role
  
• Working as a part of a team of analysts to ensure consistent data across the organization

Requirements

• 15-18 Years of experience in Business Analyst
  
• 10+ years of business analyst experience with 3+ years in the data related projects
  
• Business Analyst with experience in any of these fields :- Capital Markets, Investment Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management.
  
• Having exposure in Data Domain like Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Platforms, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Fabric, Data Mesh etc.
  
• Hands on knowledge of data analysis, data profiling with SQL, IDQ or any other tools
  
• Experience with data root cause analysis and cross functional resolution of data issues
  
• Ability to break down complex problems into components, identify causes, and establish resolution plans
