Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced React Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, and team leadership. You will be responsible for leading the development of scalable front-end applications, mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
Architect and implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, and React Hooks.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and drive innovation in the development process.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:
Expertise in React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
