About the Role:DCG Data-Core Systems India looking for a Lead AI Developer in Kolkata to drive our AI projects from concept to deployment. This role focuses on technical development, overseeing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Manage AI projects through all phases, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Technical Oversight: Lead the technical development process, optimizing models and maintaining quality. Develop POCs to validate project feasibility.
• AI Solution Development: Build and deploy AI models for computer vision, NLP, and data analytics in applications like real-time monitoring and predictive analytics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in AI development, with expertise in production models.
• Programming: Strong skills in Python and Java, using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Pandas.
• AI and ML Knowledge: Proficient in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and advanced AI techniques including object detection, facial detection, face recognition, emotion detection, and motion tracking models. Skilled in using popular models such as YOLO, SSD, and R-CNN.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying models on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Data Processing: Skilled in SQL and data transformations.
• Deployment: Familiarity with API integration, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
