- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role with data analytics.

- Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills to convey insights or technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in SQL for handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Advanced Excel: Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM and CPQ systems.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
- A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve.
- Experience in the SaaS industry or a high-growth startup environment.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day data delivery operations, ensuring smooth and timely data flow between departments, teams, and external partners.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements, set priorities, and establish delivery schedules.
- Manage data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
- Utilize SQL to extract data from relational databases and other data sources.
- Analyze and interpret data using SQL queries to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate regular reports using SQL queries, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting data quality checks.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Metrics (TAT, C-SAT, Quota, etc.): Success in this role is measured through:
- Program management.
- Process improvements.
- Data accuracy.
- Reporting quality.
