Job Description
- Analyze large datasets related to residential property trends, sales performance, and customer insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to score and prioritize leads, assist in the pricing strategy, marketing spends recommendation and construction progress forecasts.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide analytical support for various departments.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights that inform business strategies.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable format.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and machine learning to continuously improve methodologies.
- Bachelor s degree in circuit branches or Statistics or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on machine learning applications is a must.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (SQL, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
