- Be first line of support for client data related queries from Global Asset Management users (c.550 users) and report development tickets to Development team
- Capture key data requirements of the senior stakeholders of different teams such as sales department, transfer agents and leaders of other internal departments
- Lead the Client Data Administrator team in the MG Global Services to deliver standard and bespoke requests of our stakeholders and manage this team s performance
- Work closely with the Salesforce Administration team to resolve user issues related to Client Data
- Oversee data reconciliation and the monthly update process. Ensure data sources sent to third parties are within agreed SLA s and responsible for monthly control report to ensure numbers align to expectations; escalate any erroneous numbers to management
- Analyse demand for client data and set up efficient methods for the business to self-serve
- Create and then maintain any reporting dashboards that exist outside of Salesforce
- Working closely with stakeholders to establish and maintain data quality standards for Client Data
- Develop and maintain critical data element definitions at both a process and system level and oversee use of this data internally
- Support the Data Owner in maintaining adherence to domain specific data policies and standards within functional team s BAU operations and change programmes
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in MG s operational risk.
