The position involves proposing DAT-A-CCURATE offerings to prospective clients through various business development activities. The business development manager is responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities and achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential new clients and the decision makers within the organisation by networking, connect, marketing or other means for generating interest
Set up virtual meet with potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
Researching new companies, identify key players, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Stay updated about competitor s B2B Data and Demand Generation services
Plan and implement strategy for meeting/growing sales performance targets
Develop and deliver business reports by carrying out research, market analysis
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies
Develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow client accounts
Requirements:
Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Finance
Experience: Must have 4 to 8 years of progressive sales management experience in similar industry/organisation
Interpersonal Skill: Should be result-driven, adaptable to the dynamic/diverse startup environment with the hustle attitude, potential for broadened responsibilities and, of course, work hard play hard attitude
Competencies:
Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices
Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
Skills: Strategic planning, organisational assessment, creativity, leaderships kills, quantitative analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills.
Experience with MS Office and CRM
Ability to understand business and technology trends across IT industry and map them to DAT-A-CCURATE business goals
Ability to work with teams, connect with people across various functions /levels in the organisation
