Operation Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for relationship building, operations management, team management, and onboarding new customers. You will also be expected to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with proficiency in MS Excel for managing and analyzing data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Manage operational processes to ensure efficiency.
Oversee team performance and provide necessary support to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.
Analyze operational data using MS Excel to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner

Hindi language proficiency (spoken and written) ,
Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, etc.)
