Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot (3-5 yrs)

We focus on delivering robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for applications running in virtual and cloud environments. Our aim is to streamline business continuity while significantly reducing costs, especially for AWS users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Contribute to the architecture of enterprise-level applications, ensuring scalability and security.

- Implement and manage message queues using RabbitMQ or Kafka for asynchronous communication.

- Work with SQL databases (preferably MySQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Utilize multithreading techniques to enhance application performance.

- Guide junior developers and contribute to team knowledge through code reviews and training.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while utilizing tools like Jira for project management.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years in backend development with a focus on enterprise applications.

- Must have contributed to building at least one production application or significant functionality.

- Familiarity with cloud security, backup solutions, and disaster recovery concepts is advantageous.

- Experience in product development within a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot

- Strong understanding of multithreading and its applications

- Experience with message queue systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka)

- Proficient in SQL, preferably with MySQL

- Knowledge of software development life cycle processes, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

- Active participation in open source projects or a significant Git profile is a bonus.

- A proactive interest in cloud security concepts is beneficial.
