Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.


Key Skills:


  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat, addressing queries, complaints, and product inquiries.
    • Assist customers with order-related issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Offer detailed information about the clothing brand's products, including sizing, fabric, care instructions, and availability.
    • Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions and assist with product recommendations.

  • Order Management:
    • Track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery.
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the accuracy of order processing and timely delivery.

  • Problem Resolution:
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher management or specialized teams when necessary.

  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
    • Provide feedback on customer trends, product feedback, and common issues to improve service.

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:


  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
    • Prior experience in customer care for a clothing brand is a plus.

  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in handling customer complaints and providing solutions.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    • Basic understanding of fashion products and trends is an advantage.
    • Comfortable working with CRM software and order management systems.

  • Educational Qualification:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.

  • Other Qualities:
    • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions and remain calm under pressure.
