Store Executive - Engineering / Maintenance Store

Experience: 03 to 07 Years Experience of Managing the Store of Maintenance / Spare Parts Stores Material.

Age: Maximum 35 Years

JD: Handling Engineering & stationary store material record maintain as per requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables for engineering and maintenance requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Track inventory usage and generate restocking alerts.
Procurement and Receiving:

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and spare parts.
Inspect incoming materials to ensure quality and specifications compliance.
Manage documentation for purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Storage and Organization:

Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
Organize items systematically for easy retrieval.
Implement labeling and categorization for accurate identification.
Issuance and Records:

Issue materials and tools to engineering and maintenance teams as per request.
Maintain accurate records of material usage and returns.
Generate reports on stock consumption and requisitions.
Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to safety protocols in material handling and storage.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory management.
