Job Description:
- Driving and supporting pricing strategy for SWA and own end to end delivery and implementation of the same.
Strategic Deliverables:
- Ensure deal models that optimize Gross margin and win rates, by looking at lens of Value selling / Total cost of ownership (40%), Market benchmarking of pricing ( 10% ), Create Price Calculator/ ROI tool ( 10% ),Own and lead the effort to: ( 40% Drive direct and indirect price increases with customers by working closely with sales teams. Unbundle FOC service working with service team.
- Operational deliverables: Pricing Standard work, Price Calculator / New deals, DHRP Deliverables, Service Revenue & GEMBA.
Experience required:
- 10+ years of minimum experience in Commercial / Financial management in healthcare organizations.
- Bachelor's degree with master's degree in business / finance or CA with 5+ years exp.
- Experience in Commercial pricing & Financial Analysis.
- Commercial competence & Skills.
- Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the cross functional teams.
