Documentation Assistant (Fresher), Mumbai
DEPARTMENT: Documentation
LOCATION: Mumbai, Andheri East
DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for Documentation Assistant (Crewing)-Fresher, Mumbai Office. Scope of the job as follows.
- Checking documents in Omnia as per STCW and company’s requirements LOADING DOCUMENS in software- Omnia (including joining papers)
- Importing EPB (after every crew change).
- Asking for Evaluation Forms and rest documents and to update in Omnia
RELEVANT SKILLS
- Graduate with proficiency in computers specially Word/ Excel / Power Point with proficient typing speed
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must be able to work in a team based environment.
- Candidate with relevant experience can also apply.
