DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to handle PR activities.

• Communicate with the Seafarers and their families via email, telephone or in-person
• Promote relations between company, sailing staff & their families
• Participating in all the welfare activities related with the sailing staff
• Acting as the primary contact person for families of sailing staff who need assistance or information about the respective grievance and attend to their requirements.
• Helping seafarers with company briefings on current welfare updates
• Undertake briefings of candidates that visit office to familiarize
• Assists in handling unexpected events and crises faced by seafarers or their families
• Handled complaints calmly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions to promote strong relationships.
• Assist in preparing monthly report on various aspects discussed with seafarers during debriefing session. SWOT based on debriefings
• Assist in arrangement of Mental wellness Program for Seafarers to be conducted in various cities in India
• To act as Concierge desk for our seafarers and their families.

EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT SKILLS

Eligible candidates:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Must be Graduate with proficient in computers.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Candidate with PR experience may be preferred.
