Position Title: Practice Lead (Application Development & Integrations)
Location: Noida/ Faridabad
Role Expectations:
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the Offering's strategic vision, ensuring its market leadership and sustained growth.
The role requires strong collaboration across functions to deliver innovative solutions, build trusted client relationships, and achieve business objectives while maintaining a forward-looking approach to market trends and client needs.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strategically position the Offering to stand out in the market, emphasizing its competitive advantages and relevance to client needs.
- Identify emerging trends and new market opportunities to drive expansion and unlock growth potential.
- Maintain consistent messaging across marketing, sales and presales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and improve the impact of marketing initiatives (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) on Offering growth and market presence.
- Create and promote thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to position Damco as an industry leader.
Sales Support and Enablement:
- Provide tailored insights to enhance proposals, ensuring they address client challenges and highlight the Offering's value.
- Equip the sales team with tools, frameworks, and strategic guidance to position the Offering competitively in the market.
- Assist in negotiations by presenting strong value propositions that align with client priorities.
- Support pipeline tracking, helping the sales team identify and overcome challenges to ensure the smooth progression of key deals.
Presales Enablement and Solutions Alignment:
- Ensure presales solutions are tailored to client needs and clearly differentiate the Offering in the market.
- Provide insights and training to the presales team to align solutions with client requirements and improve client engagement.
- Foster collaboration with presales to enhance solution differentiation and elevate the Offering's perceived value to clients.
Strategic Account Growth and Relationship Management:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with account managers to maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Ensure excellence in delivery by collaborating with project management and delivery teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Monitor account health through regular business reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Develop tailored growth plans for managed accounts, aligning services with client business strategies to foster deeper engagement and higher account value.
