Role & responsibilities
Handling Day-to-Day Accounting operations.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditure, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, Cash Expenses etc.
Ensure Statutory Compliances in Time
Utilize Accounting software as Tally to record financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
Maintain Accounting Ledgers and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
Generating invoices, Purchase Orders and assist audit activities, GST and TDS filing.
Balance payments and Outstandings follow up
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger and reconcile financial statements.
Organize and manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and visitors.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Assist in creating and maintaining organizational documents, records, and filing systems.
Keeping CRM database up-to-date with new, current, and old sales information
Preferred candidate profile
Prepare the Quotation in Excel/Word, CRM, Tally
Keep track of Inventory and movement
Coordinate with vendors and scheduling the installations.
Ensure that all the PMs are assigned to engineers and done by engineers in time.
Daily tracking of complaint calls, PM calls and installations. Collection of reports & evaluation of engineers productivity thru Synergy
