MBA / PGDM Counsellor - Domestic (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to prospective students and their families about MBA / PGDM program, admissions procedures, and requirements.
• Assist students in completing application forms and preparing necessary documentation.
• Organize and conduct admissions-related events such as open houses, webinars, and orientation sessions.
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and other support services.
• Maintain accurate records of student applications, inquiries, and progress.
• Stay up to date with changes in admission policies, programs, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an educational counseling or admissions role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of admissions processes, academic programs, and related services.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with Kolkatas educational landscape and institutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
