Are you passionate about immigration law and have prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar roleWe are looking for a Reception/Intake Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S. immigration services to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Who You Are: - You have worked in immigration law (paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, etc.).
- You understand the intricacies of immigration services and can confidently guide clients through initial conversations.
- You are organized, professional, and thrive in client-facing roles.
- Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients.
- Conduct initial intake calls - gather relevant details about client cases with empathy and precision.
- Schedule consultations with the sales team based on intake insights.
- Serve as the firm s frontline representative, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Work remotely in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Be part of a team that changes lives by helping clients achieve their immigration goals.
- Gain further exposure to U.S. immigration processes and procedures.
