Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify areas for improvement in the organization's HR processes.
  
• Oversee joining formalities for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of generalistic HR activities such as recruitment operations, payroll management, onboarding procedures, induction programs etc.
