About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our organization's enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, technology infrastructure, and enterprise-level systems integration. As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our IT architecture supports the overall goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enterprise Architecture Development : Design, implement, and maintain the overall enterprise architecture to support business strategy and objectives.

- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Technology Evaluation : Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.

- Systems Integration : Oversee the integration of complex systems and ensure seamless communication and data flow across the organization.

- Governance : Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

- Solution Design : Provide architectural oversight and guidance on major IT projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the enterprise architecture.

- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with the enterprise architecture, including security vulnerabilities, system dependencies, and technology obsolescence.

- Stakeholder Communication : Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on architectural decisions.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including diagrams, technical specifications, and process flows.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide other architects, developers, and IT staff in the adoption of architectural principles and best practices.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Required Skills :

- Enterprise Architecture Expertise : Extensive experience in enterprise architecture design, development, and implementation.

- Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, and how technology can drive business value.

- Technology Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure, including cloud computing, databases, networking, security, and application development.

- Systems Integration : Proven experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring interoperability across the enterprise.

- Governance : Experience in establishing and enforcing architectural governance and standards.

- Strategic Thinking : Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

- Risk Management : Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks related to architecture, security, and technology adoption.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Leadership : Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams towards a common architectural vision.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture role.

- Certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Certified Enterprise Architect, or equivalent are a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
