Job Highlights:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owner and cross-functional partners, including our external media agency, to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of data operations, digital media, and marketing.

Must-Have skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with preferred experience in Consumer, Retail, Technology, or Management Consulting industries.

- Ability to work with Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owners and cross-functional partners to gather and translate business requirements.

- Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical artefacts such as data tables, architecture diagrams, and business process flows.

- Experience in working with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

- Expertise in auditing project documentation and managing its lifecycle, including storage, archival, and versioning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owner and cross-functional partners to gather and define business requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Data Engineers, Technical Product Owners, and Solution Architects.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation, including data tables, architecture diagrams, and business process flows.

- Ensure proper handoff and understanding of technical specifications to technical teams.

- Participate in the development of solutions with Data Engineers and other technical team members to ensure that business requirements are effectively met.

- Audit internal and external project documentation, identifying gaps and providing support for closure.

- Take full ownership of the project documentation lifecycle, including storage, archival, and versioning.

Good to Have:

- Background in CPG/FMCG companies

- Background in dealing with digital media data across GMP stack, programmatic, paid social, paid search and e-commerce.
