Development Lead - Polarion (8-11 yrs)

Role : Development Lead Polarion - Molex

CTC : 22 to 25 lac

Location : Bangalore

Mode mode : Hybrid(12 pm to 10 PM)

NP : Immediate to 60 days

Inputs : Polarison knowledge should be there

- Leading the all the application activity and contributing developing part also

- 6 to 8 years, relevant product experience

- Interact with product owner and business team

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and customization of Polarion software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Polarion development team, promoting best practices, coding standards, and on-time project delivery.

- Design and implement complex Polarion solutions, including templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems (e.g., JIRA, Teamcenter).

- Innovate and improve Polarion development processes by leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget.

- Mentor junior developers to foster their growth within the Polarion ecosystem.

- Act as a subject matter expert on Polarion development best practices, sharing knowledge across the organization to support Polarion adoption and effective use.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Polarion development and customization, with a proven record of leading complex Polarion projects.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript, with extensive experience in Polarion customization.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks in Polarion.

- Experience with Polarion integrations, including integration with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Teamcenter) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a development team effectively.

- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices, with experience deploying Polarion solutions in cloud environments.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality Polarion solutions on schedule and within budget, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business value.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in addressing complex technical challenges.
