We are an executive search firm and at present hunting a seasoned , passionate and dynamic professional to head business operation with mandatory exposure of Electronic Manufacturing Services - EMS and Electronic contract manufacturing - ECM

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : Fifteen (15) year plus

Responsibilities:

(1) The Incumbent shall be responsible for heading the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) vertical with product portfolio of printed circuit board PCB and IGBT gate drivers.

(2) He shall be driving business from domestic and International marketing with core focus on Middle East market.

(3) He shall be responsible for conceptualization and implementation of effective business strategy , order acquisition and exploring untapped international market as in to drive revenue growth within domain for Electronic Manufacturing Services.

(4) He shall be leading the vertical, providing strategic , technical guidance and support to the team ,driving P& L, Marketing ,New business , client acquisition and operations.

(5) He shall Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential EMS clients and exercise tailored strategy to the EMS industry.

(6) He shall Negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and secure long-term contracts with the clients.

(7) He shall be working in sync with management with timely updates, forecast ,projections and latest market trend and competition .

(8) He shall ensure exceptional post-sale customer service and satisfaction.

(9) Excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Desirable :

- The aspirants must have Knowledge about all Latest SMT machines , SMT process requirement, SMT manufactures and Potential Market and WSM Machine.

- He should have Knowledge about EMS companies.

- He should have Knowledge about design, manufacture process of PCB and different electronic components.

- He should have Knowledge about electronics contract manufacturing (ECM)

- He should have Knowledge about latest Standard for the EMS process.
