Accountant / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive /Accounts Manager

D S Madane Engineers and Contractors a leading real estate and construction company in Pune, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage and optimize our financial operations from our corporate office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the real estate and construction industry, with strong accounting skills and a commitment to driving financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Handle GST, TDS calculations, returns filing, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Process payroll, manage employee reimbursements, and oversee salary-related accounting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.

Key Skills:

• Accounting Software: Proficient in Tally ERP9 and Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Payroll Management: Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory deductions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance procedures.
• Passionate about the real estate and construction sector with a proactive work ethic.

Location: Corporate Office, Prabhat Road, Pune, Maharashtra (Office-Based Role)
