Job Expectation and Scope
As a PMP Manager in the FMEG Sector, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of projects in line with company goals. You will apply Project Management best practices to ensure that all phases of the project lifecycle are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support the identification of project scope, deliverables, and resources required for successful project delivery.
• Organize project kick-off meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of project bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may affect project timelines or outcomes.
• Propose mitigation strategies to address risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Resource Management:

• Coordinate the allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, budget) and ensure efficient utilization.
• Ensure that teams have access to necessary tools and resources to achieve project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that the project deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Implement processes to monitor the quality of work throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Documentation:

• Maintain thorough documentation of all project phases, including plans, timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and changes.
• Ensure project documentation is updated regularly and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of improvement within the project management process.
• Assist in streamlining project management methodologies and processes within the team.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Strong project management skills and understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, google workspace).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification: 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the FMEG (Fast Moving Electronic Goods) sector.
