Job Description
- Making calls to the customer for fixing an appointment for the site visit.
- Arranging Physical customer site visits.
- Guiding and explaining project details to the customers.
- Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.
- Making good relationships with Client
- Keep accurate records of calls conversions.
- Work with the Sales team for Client appointments achieve conversion
- Once the lead is qualified defined process is to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for site visits
- Good communication skills.
- Good Presentation Behavioral Skill.
