Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in Hindi in alignment with curriculum guidelines.
  Integrate innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance students' language skills.

Classroom Instruction:

• Conduct Hindi language classes for secondary school students.
  Foster a love for the Hindi language through interactive and student-centered teaching.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress in Hindi.
  Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and communicate progress reports to parents or guardians.

Cultural Integration:

• Integrate cultural aspects into the curriculum to provide a holistic understanding of the Hindi language and literature.
  Organize cultural events and activities to enhance students' appreciation of Hindi culture.

Language Proficiency:

• Focus on developing students' proficiency in Hindi, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
  Encourage creative expression through poetry, storytelling, and other literary forms.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
