Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in English in alignment with curriculum guidelines.
  Integrate literature, grammar, and language skills into the English curriculum.

Classroom Instruction:

• Conduct English language and literature classes for secondary school students.
  Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Literary Analysis:

• Foster a love for literature by teaching students to analyze and appreciate various literary genres, authors, and themes.
  Encourage creative expression through writing, poetry, and storytelling.

Language Proficiency:

• Focus on developing students' proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
  Provide additional support for students with varying language abilities.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress in English.
