Tele Counseling Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Counselling prospective candidates over the telephone and converting walk in candidates into real time Walk Ins.
• Provide telephonic counseling services to all student leads with an objective to create positive response from the students/ parents.
• Listening attentively to students/ parents concerns and queries.
• Offer appropriate guidance and support to the enquiries leading to converting them prospects
• Maintain accurate records of student/ parent interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other related department team members to ensure comprehensive follow up actions.
• Remaining updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.

Desired Candidate's profile :

• Candidate needs to be good with English , Hindi and Bengali verbal communication
• Preference would be given to candidates possessing proven excellent track record in Tele-Counseling role from the Education Industry with a killer instinct attitude.
• Conversant with MS Office suit and internet based applications.
• ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY.
• Need to possess high convincing skill with a strong capability of understanding the pulse of the students / parents thought process & accordingly convincing them for Walk In to our Campus.
• Need to possess go -getter attitude with a burning desire of delivering the desired output.
