About the Role

We are hiring for our client, who is seeking an experienced and creative Content Creation Marketing Executive with a proven track record preferred from retail industry. The ideal candidate will excel at developing and executing content strategies that engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer action. This role is critical in shaping the content strategy for a growing grocery/retail store and supporting its local and international marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies specifically tailored for the retail sector.
• Conduct audience research to identify preferences, content needs, and trends relevant to grocery/retail customers.

Content Creation

• Write, edit, and design compelling content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging multimedia content that resonates with retail audiences.

Campaign Management

• Plan and manage content-driven marketing campaigns that align with retail sales and promotional cycles.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns that drive foot traffic and online engagement.

SEO and Analytics

• Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic for retail-specific keywords.
• Monitor content performance metrics, such as conversion rates and engagement, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Retail-Focused Brand Voice and Consistency
• Maintain a consistent and relatable brand tone that connects with retail customers.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's positioning and retail marketing goals.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing team members, retail operations teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and content marketing best practices in the retail sector.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing within the retail industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on retail consumer engagement.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools specific to retail marketing.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills tailored to retail challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced retail environment.
