Job Description

This role ensures Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) are met, maintains compliance with company policies and regulations, and drives continuous process improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to services, systems, and documentation. The Help Desk Administrator supports cross-functional initiatives, facilitates adoption of innovative HR solutions, and participates in projects to align with HR Ops strategies.
By staying updated on HR policies and regulations, supporting audits, and channeling end-user feedback to leadership, the Help Desk Administrator ensures seamless delivery of HR services while contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Ops team.
Minimum Education: Bachelor s degree
Minimum Work Requirements:
  • Two (2) or more years of relative experience in Human Resources.
  • Functional knowledge of HR including employment, federal, state, and local laws.
  • Operational understanding of HR Systems. Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus.
  • Desirable experience in delivering HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in HR.
  • Desirable experience in Service Delivery or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment.

    Skills:
  • Fluent in English (multi-lingual a plus).
  • Strong Customer Service Focus, for both internal & external customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal and results-oriented.
  • Capable of working effectively in international teams, operating effectively within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary groups, and being an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills contributing to building team spirit.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties and compliance best practices.
  • Administer HR transactional processes globally, including probation reviews, terminations, promotions, data changes, supplemental worker assignments, and leaves management.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and file maintenance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses via ticketing system, phone, or email ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs, directing them to relevant resources and self-service tools.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists and subject matter experts to address complex HR issues, escalating unresolved matters to higher-level HR teams.
  • Coordinate with other HR teams and departments to facilitate seamless delivery of HR services and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and service delivery by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.
  • Stay informed about changes in HR policies, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support stakeholders during audits and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) are met for all HR Ops team processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of end-to-end processes and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Support adoption of current and new services provided by the service center.
  • Support strategies for enhancing HR Ops capacity through technology and innovation.
  • Identify and promote enhancements to services, work instructions, metrics, and knowledge articles for daily operations and compliance.
  • Participate in Project team discussions to align with HR Ops center strategy.
  • Route end-user feedback, concerns, and requests to HR Ops leadership to act upon.
