Sales Intern/Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty.
• Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
3. Field Activities
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and demonstrate product/service offerings.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
4. Reporting and Analysis
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on performance and market feedback.

Qualification and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Valid drivers license along with your own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.
