You will be responsible for leading the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and driving delivery practices, with a strong focus on mobile-first e-commerce applications.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.

- Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the STLC.

- Specialize in testing e-commerce applications, with a strong emphasis on mobile apps and mobile-first design.

- Focus on UI/UX quality, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

- Conduct thorough testing of both web and mobile applications.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java) and Appium.

- Implement and improve automation frameworks to enhance test efficiency and coverage.

- Conduct automated testing for both web and mobile applications.

- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test scenarios.

- Draft clear and concise user stories to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.

- Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics using JIRA and MS Excel.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

- Communicate with business teams located in London to clarify requirements.

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

- Effectively communicate test results, issues, and progress updates.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience leading the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and delivery practices.

- Expertise in testing e-commerce applications with a mobile-first approach, including mobile apps, with a strong focus on UI/UX quality and detail.

- Proficiency in automation testing tools : Selenium (Java) and Appium.

- Strong skills in analyzing requirements and drafting user stories.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Solid understanding of producing reports using JIRA & MS Excel.

- Excellent English Communication skills.

- Experience with performance testing tools.

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working with international teams.
